Pros

The company is very welcoming! Newer hire, but the interview process was smooth and it seems like everyone is very friendly and wanting to help out. Very good work life balance as well.

Cons

Pay is a bit lower for my experience as it relates to the role, however it seems like bonus opportunity might make up for it.

Pros

I loved my coworkers and managers. We worked well together to make the store the best we could.

Cons

Corporate won’t allow you to order products for customers but once or twice a year so businesses was slow unless we had a great sale Going on. Also at this particular store we had a huge theft issue and corporate blamed us and refused to put up security cameras.
