I worked under a chain of incredible Managment who seemed to truly have the best interest of the company and expressed the importance of following company policies to ensure a functionality in the store.

Cons

Pay is too low for the cost of living in the area, and when being promoted from associate to ASM I was only given a $0.50 raise which was very disappointing and eventually became my reason for seeking employment elsewhere Bc I had to seek a higher paying job to afford living in the area.
