Cons

Company is garbage, corporate offers 0 support to it's stores, plays favorites with its managers, is only concerned with profit margins and has zero compassion for its employees

It was overall a rewarding experience, gained knowledge and skills that can be utilized in other businesses. There is an opportunity to make bonus quarterly. You recruit your Team which is 100% the only way to grow your business - If you have a strong Team you will go far.

Cons

Low support when short staffed. Management is responsible for covering all shifts. Hourly wages for management and associates are low. Difficult to make bonus when Monthly Goals are unattainable due to COVID.
