Wish there were some its such a sad peace td work its hard to find good

Upper management is completely out of touch and clueless about the industry they serve . All they care about is order count . They dont understand that sales is relationship buildian and that stylists like hands on approach Its sad how they have taken good organizations and dissected all that was good to create this giant company that has no real interest in the beauty industry other than to sell

By far the worst coorperate I've ever worked for. They do not have your back on anything. Worst is that if an unlicensed person comes in and complains to coorperate that we refused, no matter how polite we are to them, you as the employee gets in trouble and are told to sell to that unlicensed person
