Could make a schedule suitable to my needs if I and when I had a staff to cover..

Cons

very little reward or recognition… Stressful job… So much work for not enough pay… But honestly I left the job and position for a job with less benefits… My quality of life is so much better now that I have left cosmoprof.

•need open availability •will work you until you say something •not much room for advancement •not a great work/life balance •no holiday pay unless you’re full time & management usually takes holidays off
