Just hard working with some people who are not passionate about customer service when you are in a business that strives on making the customer happy. Stop hiring people who shouldn’t be in customer service. Allow more hours so stores are fully staffed.

First few years were great things changed hands in the corporate office and everything started to slowly goes south

The pay is not competitive at all they expect way too much out of store managers and above honestly at the store level all employees are paid terribly
