You are an order taker, not a sales rep. Then you become a UPS person hauling all these returns back.

The customers are great! If you dig in you can learn so much. The beauty industry is fun.

Cons

Lack of communication from senior management. The turnover in senior positions is unreal which leads you to believe there are missing links, and incompetence. They do not pay their staff what they deserve, and this is one of the main reasons why the turnover is so high.
