Politics, their employee assessment is a horrible way of giving people a raise as if you fall in the middle column which is where they want you to fall you get ahold of $0.19 raised for the whole year if you are not in a management position you can only miss six days a year even if something happens such as a serious death of someone close to you or if you have a baby they are a company who only sells to licensed Beauty professionals yet they will undermined themselves and the whole entire beauty industry by selling to people who are not licensed when presented with it if they have a large purchase they want to make it is extremely hard to get a raise and or move up in the company as your boss is really the only person they allow you to have contact with when you go above that it is looked down upon even when your boss is doing something questionable this job was honestly one of my favorite jobs I've ever had if not the favorite and putting your heart and soul into it doesn't mean anything because of them you're just one more name they don't give the store manager enough hours to schedule for each store that is needed so often times employees don't get breaks and or they are expected to do too much with little training little time and little help. Did you provide you with full health insurance however if you're not a store manager or higher they cut your hours to a hour beneath what you need to get the insurance which is 35 hours

Direct completion with the stores. Very divided company. Mgmt. is egotistical. It's a constant game of manipulation to get inventive because the pay is very low. There is a lot of pressure. The culture is poor. Team work is non existent. The system is outdated and customers get very Angry which comes out of the Dsc.
