Pros

I very much enjoyed assisting customers with their needs. I also like reading up on a lot of diverse product knowledge, so I was also able to teach customers about new or old products.

Cons

My time at Cosmoprof was very fun and exciting on one hand, however on the other I felt very overwhelmed and frustrated due to a lack of leadership within my stores location.

The pay is WAY below the normal store manager salary. Not worth it unless you're just going for the experience.

Loved working with my co-workers, fun promotions, awesome discount, lots of great men and women coming through

Cons

Not much room for advancement, only 4 total employees, part-time only for anyone non-management, refused to work with my school schedule(for cosmetology)
