Flexibility. Freebies. Decent commission. Meet some great people in the beauty industry. Great marketing materials. I cant think of anything else good.

Cons

All divisions compete against each other. Nepotism in management. Unrealistic goals. Not proactive or forward thinking. Managers with no salon experience.
