got to meet great people, gratis of new product to try out

expectations and requirements did not match pay; a lot of pressure to meet sales goals without the compensation at the level deserving of reward. upper management benefitted from laborers' hard work. frequently out of advertised items creating miss-trust of employees and customers

Pros

Good management. Thanksgiving and Christmas off (with pay if you've been there for 6 months). Occasional raises.

Cons

Most benefits don't kick in until you've been there a full year. Short staffed all the time. Won't allow enough employees to be hired at one time. Short lunch breaks (NO lunch break if you are working the weekend by yourself, which happens on a cycle).

Great samples if you didn't have your own insurance, they have insurance with Untied Health(Very good coverage) paid for majority of my maternity bills knowledgeable classes about products Earn points for merchandise on company website Friendly Environment for the most part depends on Manager and customers Even with the Cons would still work there

Will mess with your lively hood if you let them. pennies for raises, not enough for what associate has to put up with by the customer even when the customer is completely wrong. NO SECURITY CAMERAS AT ANY STORE AT ALL ANYWHERE AND THE CUSTOMERS KNOW IT SO THEY WILL STEAL BUT WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY ANYTHING TO THEM ABOUT IT BUT IF WE COME UP SHORT AFTER AUDIT ITS OUR FAULT.!!!! CORPORATE DOESN'T HAVE ASSOCIATES BACK PERIOD. I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY MAY TELL YOU!!!!! 2015 just now getting WIFI for POS system analog system before then(stone age receipt printer) Keeps Managers stressed out with ridiculous tasks and quotas .....and So much more
