You’re initially told your hours are flexible…you’ll later find out that’s false.

Cons

Managers are clueless bullies. You’re only paid commission on products that are in stock…on average around 30-40% is out of stock. You’ll get completely ignored or punished if you’re asking questions that point out faults in the company.

Pros

The company itself is amazing. Fantastic people and great benefits. And being a DSC in theory is so great.

Cons

They have such a bad reputation with salons that no one likes you. You go into a salon and they don't want you there. Some people still love Cosmo but it's just so much cold calling (well cold visiting really)
