Flexible schedule, Benefits offered to minimal hour part-time employees, Ideal for someone who booth rents and wants SOME sort of coverage and doesn't get sick often. 20% employee discount

Cons

They took away the ability to use a discount on sale items, The company itself lacks accountability for its stores that are dirty or malfunctioning. HVAC system was without cleaning for over 3 years at my location that was "temporary"
