      Pros

      Clientele is nice most of the time. Free samples and education Schedule made far enough out to schedule your life around it or find someone to cover what you need.

      Cons

      Higher ups making their own rules and you get in trouble if you don't follow them. Including breaking company policy. Being talked down to. Being offered a position and then taking it away numerous times. Not enough hours to keep a full staff. Constantly having Things not work properly (POS system, benefits system)

      The company did transfer me to another store when I moved

      Cons

      The pay, management, co-workers, basically everything. As a store manager you have no real power to do anything but can never get a response from the people you need when you need it!
