They suck at staffing and don't take you serious as a person they just care about you getting the job done

You make you're own schedule. Unless needed, only required to close one day a week and work one weekend a month.

Cons

No help from upper management when needed. Upper management only cares about numbers, not any staff. Can easily end up working everyday.

Free product occasionally, the customers were great...although a full moon could bring in the wolves!

Cons

Right at national average poverty level in their wages. You cannot survive nor make a living or afford their heath care....but they will work you to death and pile more on you for a tiny raise that will take 5 years to make it $1.00 more an hour!! But your DM and TM are in high 5 figures to 6 and have huge smiles as they go to he bank! As we are left with...How am I going to pay my bills on this pay?
