The pay isn't great! I was lied to about pay and you only get guarantee pay for one year. My boss did not communicate that in the beginning. I had to find out from a co-worker.

Tyranny at its worst . You MUST coerce customers to sign up for a high interest credit card (32.24%) and sell virtual class tickets or risk getting a corrective action and you are bullied with not getting a fair compensation at review time .

Benefits are great! The beauty industry is always fun! Love my team!

Cons

Questions are never answered. Low budgets for travel and supplies but our leadership is too good to stay at a Hilton hotel when traveling. Pay is not competitive.
