I had a great experience at my store because our team was tight knit and really cared for one another. Corporate was annoying, but a team full of passionate people was what made it all work.

Corporate has terrible ideas. The meetings about plans and direction are so cheesy. It makes you have zero passion for helping grow the business. But that’s corporate for you…
