      Freebies, training, decent hours considering it is retail.

      Cons

      Very low pay, you are expected to do so much and not compensated for your work, raises are a joke, bonuses only happen if your store surpasses the unreachably high monthly quota (best to not count on these)

      During the pandemic, we are back to having the 10% sale while deaths and infections are going up country wide. They absolutely do not care! Constant emails through out the day about quotas and sales. That's all this company cares about.
