The company really cares about the customer and is trying to improve compensation and investing in the future of the beauty industry.

Cons

Currently the company is under construction with many new team members in leadership roles. Although it can be challenging now , it’s kind of exciting to be a part of the transformation

Easy job Unloaded stock from trucks each week Register was easy to use Simple product knowledge and formulations

Cons

Upper management was not the best Pay isn't great if you have a family or big bills Commission isn't big- you get like a dollar or so for selling their selected products for that month (which aren't that good to begin with so)
