      Pros

      Extremely flexible for PT. 20% off regular and sale. Closes at 6 weekdays. Are supposed to only work one weekend a month.

      Cons

      No flexibility for FT. If employee calls out, almost impossible to get coverage. Multiple days had to work 7:45-6:15 with NO BREAK due to staffing. Called a “paid working lunch”.

      Pros

      Not a lot of coworkers (3-5 per store). 20% discount at Cosmoprof and 30% at Sally's.

      Cons

      The company will try to pay you as little as possible! I was an assistant manager and was paid less than what Taco Bell offers their new employees. Upper management doesn't care about their employees at all and regularly ignores employee complaints.
