They hire almost anyone.

Cons

The company does not take care of their own. I have seen dedicated employees of 10 plus years being pushed out of opportunitys to move up because of outisde hiring. The pay is not competitive, they do not give raises and they work you to death if you allow it. This is they WORST company I have every worked for.

Good employee discount. If you ever get to the management level, which would take YEARS, they offer trips to the corp. office in Texas

Cons

Often left alone after a very short (one week) training period. Management isn't chosen from within the store, corporate moves a manager from another location. Pay is horrible.

I had an excellent manager, Ana Carpena during the one year I worked there.

Cons

Hourly wage was ridiculously low, and upper management was very rude and unprofessional.
