We appreciate that the nature of client-facing, agency work can result in long working hours and higher workloads, but please rest assured that we recognise the importance of a good work-life balance for all colleagues at Costello Medical. For this reason, we take proactive steps such as monitoring timesheet data, encouraging colleagues to come forward if their workload or hours feel unsustainable, and growing our team to ensure that projects are adequately resourced. We recognise that we do not get this right all of the time, but please rest assured that it is an area that we both actively monitor and pay attention to as a Leadership team.
