Cotality has a remarkably collaborative and supportive environment. What stands out most about Cotality is the genuine, supportive 'vibe' that permeates every department. From my perspective, it is incredibly rewarding to work in an environment that doesn't just talk about culture but provides the tools to build it. We have a dedicated peer appreciation portal that we use to champion one another's wins, and seeing the impact that consistent gratitude has on team morale is the highlight of my day. It is a truly collaborative space where you are encouraged to notice the hard work of others and celebrate the 'quiet wins' alongside the big ones. Further, we drive High Performing Team culture with key elements for a successful high performing team - Are we lifting each other up? Are we accountable? Are we recognizing success? Are we delivering excellence? Are we clearly defining goals? Are we communicating clearly? This friday, we are celebrating recognizing success with "Burger Friday" 🍔event coupled with virtual game - GIF Charade which is going to be fun.
