Cons

Recruiting team didn't appear to really understand the fundamentals of the business very well. They were pretty vague about all the data that Cotality has. They also suggested that I post a note on LinkedIn before starting, and then my manager called me and asked me to take it down because they hadn't informed all the internal candidates.

Pros

Genuinely a culture that walks the walk! The core values aren't just tag lines on a power point, they are embedded at every level of the organization. I have never worked at a place and with people who are so incredibly intentional! The work is meaningful and challenging; there are opportunities to make an impact every day. The company invests in the tools and training for its people to excel, and leadership has your back. The people are great and so helpful, always willing to chip in on something or go the extra mile, just because. Best place I have ever worked, by far!

Cons

Pace of change can feel overwhelming The company is moving quickly, especially around AI, data platforms, and operating models. It’s easy to feel behind if you don’t proactively manage priorities and learning.

many systems to work out of, many products to learn all with different contracting and billing processes. still at the end of a massive client facing org change where many things are changing and reporting and collecting accurate client data are important but hard to accomplish
