1. Work / life balance through wellness days, volunteer time, company sponsored employee engagement groups, etc. 2. Working from home with reasonable exceptions 3. Empathetic management - they really care

Cons

1. Pay can be a bit lower than average in some cases 2. In some rare cases management can be hit or miss 3. Can't think of any others (I guess this would be another pro)

I feel lucky to work with such caring and dedicated team members. • Generous PTO and annual pay raises foster loyalty. • Hybrid work arrangement (4 days from home and 1 day in the office) • Great benefits like 401K match, Forma (for health-related reimbursements), and Lyra (for mental health sessions with a licensed therapist).

Cons

• There's a fair share of gatekeepers who keep information closer to the vest than necessary. Results in time waste trying to identify the right people to talk to or resolve a problem if information would've been given at the forefront.
