Fair pay, decent benefits, reasonable hours

Cons

Management falls for scams like outsourcing and pair programming, and never admits to any mistakes. They make dumb decisions, like closing a perfectly good office and laying almost everyone off. And letting a product bringing in $120MM of annual revenue die for no reason. Also, some direct managers don't get to know you. And some employees attack those who aren't of the same race. So there were frequent layoffs that disproportionately targeted Hispanic and African-American employees. I was attacked, and I beat it, and then I left for a better company.
