Don't really have any at the moment. I've only been here for a year and so far, I've had a wonderful experience. My manager is amazing and so are my co-workers. I've gone from being in very toxic environments to an environment teaching me what it's like to work in a positive environment, having a positive, open, kind, role-model manager, and having positive, willing to always help, team mates. I am grateful for the environment that I am in currently and I hope that it continues. Also, for the first time in my life, I have an actual livable wage and I am extremely grateful for that.
