As time went on, I noticed the lack of raises on my check. Something changed. "Budget" was what I was told. I was willing to overlook that. As long as the atmosphere remains pleasant, I will remain an employee. That was then... The "budget" also cut into our company functions. No longer did we have fun activities and shown any form of appreciation. Ironically, we would get emailed updates about how the company has grown and has acquired so much. Talk about rubbing your nose in it. Through the growth of the company, the "core" of Corelogic is rotting within. If it was several years ago, I'd tell any prospecting employee to get in to Corelogic. I was proud of where I worked. I used to feel good about it. That was then... That atmosphere I mentioned earlier? The welcoming and warm place I called home became a cold and horrible place. I could see it on the faces of those around me. Smiles replaced with sheer misery. I wish I was exaggerating but I saw the corrosion of a once great company.

Lousy pay, lousy benefits, lousy 401k match policy, idiot upper managers, rules rules rules that prevent us ( the workforce ) from producing in a timely manner. Zero growth opportunities. Lousy ( if ever ) pay raises. They bought out our business unit, and to date, everything they told us about our new way of life has turned out to be a lie.
