Cotality reviews

I don’t even know where to begin; I do think some current employees were asked to write positive reviews because of the low rating (I say that because it was suggested I do the same earlier in my career - I never got around to it though). There are several offices though, and maybe some are better than others, but I doubt it’s that drastic of a difference. This company is a disaster from the top down and I’m surprised it’s still operational (though I’d be surprised if it didn’t collapse on itself in a few years). Everything is so convoluted and no one seems to know what they’re doing thanks to constant changes and not enough staff (the smart ones get out before they’re pushed out with a lay off). Stay away.

Projects start and stop all over the place with little explanation. Big divide between management and employees. Too much time spent on fun activities for employees when that money could go into the employees pocket. Can be pretty high stress.
