Some good work opportunities, but difficult to find.

Cons

Too woke. Seems like a lack of future direction at the top level, playing catchup with the market. After the recession in July of 2022, they never realized that the housing market may not be so hot in 2023. Disorganized IT group, no easy way to find answers.

Great work-life balance, plenty of interesting problems to solve, and plenty of great technologies, you are encouraged to grow here.

Cons

not enough deadlines are set, youngsters here like to play around, younger employees complain about not getting enough perks or pay, but they're just bells and whistles.
