Pros
The pay was relatively decent compared to other call center jobs. There were also healthcare benefits, 401k option, paid holidays and two weeks of paid vacation, but that was pretty much it.
Cons
There were strict limits on when you could use vacation time since there was so much work. The people that call into the call center were also difficult to work with.
