Pros

In all the years of hard work I have been putting into this company I cannot think of a single pro of working there other than getting "working in an office" experience.

Cons

Corelogic is a stepping stone job- meaning, work there for 6 months then run, and run fast! I unfortunately have overstayed at this company as I, like many people, have bills to pay. Managers there are the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. As others have said, there are no repercussions to bad behavior, even from the managers. They give you unrealistic goals and if you don't reach them (process 300 items an hour) or let your quality dip below 99%, you better get ready for a bunch of written warnings and meetings with your supervisor. The company does not care at all about their employees. The company is cheap and finds any way to save a buck. The culture there is worse than a high school. They only hire through word of mouth or through a recruiter but when you have a very unreliable recruiting company bringing in less than qualified applicants, who in turn refer their relatives and friends...end story, you have a bunch of high schoolers working with middle schoolers being managed by elementary children. Stay far away from this company....

Worst place to work for... Beware!

Pros

401K match and employee stock purchase program.

Cons

Frequent layoffs, low employee morale, inequality and favoritism while hiring, firing, salaries and the way they treat employees, management doesn't keep promises, no annual raises as promised because of lower than expected revenue, lying about how everything is going great when it's clearly not, spending too much money on gimmicks that don't contribute to revenue and then laying people off when they don't get desired quarterly results, no remote work...

Pros

There is plenty of opportunity to work with talented technical people.

Cons

They're very tight about spending money where it belongs - supporting the technology that drives the company and makes them money. Instead they're pouring all they've got on innovation labs and ignoring their legacy applications (bread and butter). There are constant waves of layoffs where they've gotten rid of talented people. All the new CEO (former CFO) cares about is cutting costs.
