Cotality reviews

Management doesn't care about the employees. The policies and procedures change daily making it impossible to keep up. Employees used to have perks such as somewhat flexible schedules and working from home but that has all been taken away. Too many leaders/managers. The company would prefer robots to people and treats the employees like garbage.
