      Pros

      Technology resources is stellar. The company takes advantage of holidays to close the office. Flexibility with work hours.

      Cons

      Management has no clear directions on how to execute a project. The "get it done" approach equals failure. Money is not managed well due to lack of experience. Too much disrespect in front of colleagues. Moral is slow. Very high turnover.
