The time off system they used is a pain in the rear. It takes two months to get two days off and once you used the time off, you have to wait other two months to get a few hours off. Unless you have been working there for more than five years, good luck getting time off.
Management micromanages the living hell out of you. The timekeeping system makes you feel that you are working in a factory and not an international services company.
There is a significant disconnection between the upper management and the bottom line employees. They make continue changes in the organization that drives everyone crazy. I would only recommend this company if you have no other choice, and you are facing foreclosure or bankruptcy. Otherwise you are better off delivering pizzas.
