      There are no pros. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Everything. They bring you in and promise you everything and then burn you out--no resources, constant take-aways.

      Going through a technology transformation cycle and embracing the cloud.

      The existing technology stack is diverse and much of it is out of date. A lot of development is done by contractors in India.

      CoreLogic provides data for a very strong industry and has made a name for themselves in the market Work to life balance

      Cons

      Lack of overall company vision which has trickled down into corporate support and product units Lack of vision also has caused an enormous lack of standards...how does one measure success if there are no standards? New no work from home policy is absurd and isn't going to work...need to improve the culture before pushing everyone into an office...give people a reason to want to be in the office Lack of stability; never know what's going to happen next...lay-offs, re-pegs, random new policies and processes Yearly incentives and raises are minimal Minimal opportunities for advancement Training budget doesn't exist and opportunities to grow are seriously lacking
