      Pros

      Work from home. Flexibility in PTO usage and you get a good amount with tenure. Some good benefits, although the cost of health insurance out-weighs the few freebies they give.

      Cons

      Low and stagnant pay. They just laid of a lot of people and are outsourcing all those jobs to India. Now we get to train them in doing our work, everyone feels like they will be laid off soon as soon as more people in India know the job.
