Thank you for your feedback and contributions to our DC team. As you know, we've outgrown our facility and have needed to install temporary racking. This has indeed led to subpar lighting, especially in the northern most aisles, despite the additional temp lighting installed. The good news is that those days are numbered - our new building is coming online soon, and we will have properly designed and dedicated lighting above each racking aisle. We try to support our hardworking DC team as best as we can during this exciting growth phase, and we're very grateful for their admirable teamwork, commitment and dedication to Cotopaxi.

Fast growing environment, lots of opportunity to use existing skills and develop new ones. Challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Like most fast growing companies, there are challenges keeping up with the growth but to me that’s what makes opportunities like this rewarding and provides opportunities for creativity and growth.

-Remote first -Great Products -Mission Driven -Co-Founders Story and goals -People: the people who work here are working for the brand because they believe in the Mission and the foundation created by the Founders -Exciting to grow a new company in the outdoor industry -Often promote from within -Really has the potential to live its brand Ethos

Cons

-There was a culture of fear, gaslighting, and toxic communication from long term EC, which has led to a lack of trust between employees. This is not a new issue that was expressed from the new CEO and has been shared with previous HR teams. It is unfortunate that there has been no action taken. This is an issue that is known outside of the brand -Jr and lower level employees do not feel empowered to give true feedback for fear of loss of growth potential -Feedback is often ignored, -
