Pros

-Cotopaxi makes products that I like, they're well designed and functional and I enjoy wearing them -I identify with the brand, i love the company's sense of adventure -I feel proud to work for a B corp, I'm inspired to do good -Excellent perks, like in the wild time, discount ski passes, Academia, company lunches, employee discounts, etc. -Great people to work with, co workers are talented, sharp, and funny -Really beautiful space to work in

Cons

-I don't like the hot seat policy. A man needs a desk to call his own. -I feel like I've attended some inefficient meetings in which it wasn't immediately clear what the objective of the meeting was. This may be specific to my department, and a condition of being a new hire.

Pros

Cotopaxi is a fast moving organization with a thriving culture. The team is comprised of highly creative and talented individuals who bring a shared vision to their work. Social impact is an authentic and integrated part of the company's model. Cotopaxi has built an incredibly engaged community and a level of brand loyalty that I haven't seen elsewhere.

Cons

The pace of work and the level of independent accountability are both quite high. If you are looking for a highly structured role with set responsibilities, Cotopaxi is likely not the ideal fit.

Pros

Everything about Cotopaxi is great. The culture, the people, the team, the company as a whole. I've enjoyed working with Cotopaxi from the very beginning. And look forward to working with them in the upcoming years.

Cons

Because it's a startup, you sometimes work longer days and the occasional weekends. But it's good to be recognized for the extra work.
