Pros
- Small team of people who all feel more like friends than colleagues. Everyone gets along great and we have an atmosphere where you can be yourself and have fun. - Meaningful work where you feel like you are part of something that can make a real impact in peoples lives. - I am excited to go to work each day. My role is constantly changing in good ways as we grow and the projects I work on are many and varied. - 10% in the wild time policy is truly amazing. When I do get stressed or feel overwhelmed being able to leave for an hour or two and recharge in the great outdoors does wonders. - The future for Cotopaxi is very bright and I think we will make a great impact on the world and be very successful.
Cons
- Being part of a small team that is trying to keep the headcount low can sometimes feel overwhelming. I miss the larger teams I have worked with where you can share the load and responsibility. Although it is also great to have so much responsibility and control over your own work.
