Pros

While working in a customer service position in the healthcare/insurance field I have the capability to make someone else's day easier and brighter by being able to problem solve and educate with compassionate answers, while involving the member in the process. Our work environment is surrounded by management in the SisCo division here at C&B that cares about their employees and listens to our suggestions and apply our ideas into the workflow with recognition. The feeling has greatly impacted my work here at C&B which strides to support their employees not only our growth with the company but as individuals too.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons and bad thoughts about my position here or the work environment.

Pros

Fast paced environment with knowledgeable peers. The benefits provided are competitive with that in the area, and you'll enjoy going to work each day.

Cons

The supervisors tend to micromanage, and the work home balance gets put to the bottom of the list here. Flex scheduling isn't a thing because you'll find yourself working to 5pm daily. Have an early appointment? Good luck leaving a few minutes early, you'll have to use your PTO for that.
