C&B offers the resources needed to be successful in your career. The people are great to work with and managers are supportive yet don't micro-manage. There is a strong company culture that's motivating and encouraging!

Cons

Although not a personal negative, some may find the fast-paced environment to be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Internal service team and leads were good to work with and cared about team. Opportunity to advance if you wanted to get certifications.

Cons

Call volumes were high and little help was provided with difficult callers. Sales staff had high turnover and didn’t know much about processes. Benefits were only so so for an insurance company.
