Met some nice co-workers, but that's the only good thing

Cons

Management picks and chooses who they want to give a chance, if you don't make the cut..you will receive no training at all and be let go without notice

Cottingham & Butler expects you to be self-driven and self-motivated. All the tools are there for you to succeed BUT if you expect your hand to be held and expect to be coddled, then you shouldn't apply.
