Pros

It’s a Fast paced environment. I love the people I work with. The benefits have improved already since I started a few years ago. I am not micro managed and trusted do my work. Many departments and flexibility if interested in other areas in the company. I started in a position that didn’t fit me a 100% but after a few years I found another position within the company that motivates me and leaves me with a ‘job well done’ feeling.

Cons

There is always room for improving on benefits.

The company and job is what you make it. If you want to grow, learn and successfully build a career the opportunists are endless but you’ll only get what you put in. If you’re open and honest about your goals and expectations, you can reach them but it’s up to you to communicate them and put in the effort.

Cons

This company is not a good fit for those that are looking for something easy- it’s a challenging environment.
