- People are down to earth. - Staff working on the factory floor are great people.

Cons

Management is almost non existent. Nobody really knows what they are doing. You have Directors doing a job of Process Engineers, Process Engineers doing a job of an Operator, and sometimes you have Operators doing a job of an Engineer. This dynamic that they have going on makes it impossible to learn the fundamentals of Process Engineering because you're just running around like a headless chicken. I joined as a Graduate Process Engineer, they promoted the idea that I will be using techniques that would promote Lean Manufacturing. When I got there, however, I realised that this was never going to happen. In all fairness, there were some periods where management urged to find solutions, but these urges would stem from a reaction of a really bad day of production. After a week they would forget about the whole shambolic mess and continue with their traditional ways of working. As a graduate, this job could have ruined my whole career as an Engineer. As an overview, most days you do a lot of work whilst having no credible outcome...
