Pros

- People are down to earth. - Staff working on the factory floor are great people.

Cons

Management is almost non existent. Nobody really knows what they are doing. Pros

Hybrid / insurance / summer fridays

Cons

The HR department is virtually nonexistent, with very little transparency or communication with employees. There are no bonuses, and morale is extremely low. The company feels like a sinking ship—I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
