Pros

The professionalism of the management staff and their work ethic fall in line with my previous work experiences. Because of this, I find the work atmosphere relaxing as well as frantic and fun.

Cons

The schedule can become gruelling for all workers top to bottom. Ensure the leadership takes into account the workers pace and addresses appropriate break and moral boosts to optimize productivity.
