Some great local co-workers are here. Really good people.

Cons

The new owner is absolutely running this place to the ground. I expect the ultimate vision is to get everybody from the US outsourced. This assumption is simply based on the way the owner treats everyone. This individual is more of a, react first & berate before understanding what's going on. Everyone feels like they're walking on eggshells and breathe a *sigh* of relief when you're not the punching bag. Some decisions this individual made has made a significant impact in my career on how to identify a terrible leader. Awful!

Short staffed on all areas, used to have 32 plus employees to care fore customers now we have 15 to do the work of 32 and its very hard to maintain the level of customer service
