Upper management Is all over the place You like to be a fire fighter this might be the place for you. You spend so much time putting out the hot topic you never make things better. No communication. The over seas team you show them how do to the same thing over and over and over and over. Then when they break things cause they can not seem to document anything it is your fault Management so detached that all they think about is how to make more money and in doing so are driving away customers.
