Good intro to healthcare, decent people to work with, you can pick up as many hours as you want.

Cons

There definitley is a lack of staffing, this makes it impossible to do your job completely correctly.

The residents, some of the staff are nice

Cons

You get shamed into coming in for your shift even when your sick You work with staff who don't pull their weight You get texted ALL THE TIME because they're always short staffed The training is AWFUL.
